Exceptionally nice staff, it was relaxing stay.
We had a suite and it was large and huge. We had a lovely canal view and an extremely comfy bed. Location: the hotel was so close to a quiet canal, the church "campanile" and the laguna and the water taxi to the airport: )

Lovely breakfast with pots of coffee and warm milk, as example and excellent customer service. Really amazing experience and fairly friendly and affable staff. Particularly good location with provided shuttle to the glass factory shops.

The cozy ambiance and close proximity to St Mark's Square were highlights. Breakfast by the canal, watching gondolas pass, always started our day beautifully.

Nice hotel, good location, very quiet. The staff is very friendly. We had the king suite with sauna and canal view and the extra charge was worth it. Sauna is good for 2 people, easy to use and warms very quickly. The canal view is great. There is a lot of light in the room in the afternoon.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Amazing view. Very quiet at the hotel. Nice atmosphere.
Small room. Tiny "plastic shower cubicle". Ridiculous hair dryer.

The room was spacious and well-maintained, with fine canal views right from the window. Enjoyed the large bathroom and overall clean vibe. Daily replenishment of coffee and tea was a nice touch. Only downside was some morning noise from the canal, but it wasn't too bothersome. Really felt that luxury vibe throughout the stay.

Location was excellent walking around Venice centre. Staff was friendly-polite-helpful Room was spacy-well decorated Loby and other public areas of the hotel pleasant to have a cup of coffe-reading etc.
Breakfast was ok, but considering hotel's class, may could be better, no offence..

Nice staff, very clean room and very good room service.
Didn't like breakfast. Coffee tastes awful, price / performance ratio is not acceptable.

Perfect spot for a Solo trip
That's what I found here. I had a little canal view room with a small balcony that was good. Their breakfast, with those charming ladies serving, really made my mornings. Just sitting there with the view, sipping my coffee. A perfect way to start the day.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but still acceptable.

The customer service from this hotel was simply amazing as nothing was too much trouble for their staff and managament. Our friends who booked on our recommendation were upgraded to the top room. Certainly value for money and we loved their breakfasts.
The only concern is if you have a lot of luggage you need to hire a private water taxi to get you to the hotel.
